Associate Benefits
Associates advantages and benefits:
As an associate with MCA, you receive free training. There is no experience needed, associates learn as they earn their first paychecks. Associates also have complete flexibility and control–work at your own pace at your own business.Associates advantages and benefits:

Compensation
For every membership you sell as an Independent Sales Associate, you will earn an $80.00 – $90.00 commission per referral.
As an example, if you were to enroll 3 people during the sales week, you would earn $240.00 in commission ($80.00 X 3 = $240.00). If you enrolled 10 people during the sales week, you would earn $840.00.Our sales week runs from Sunday morning – Saturday night. Every sale you generate before Saturday at 11:59 PM CST will be paid out to you on the following Friday.

• ERS, “Emergency Road Service” 24-Hour Dispatch – You are provided help when you run out of gas, when you have a flat tire or when your battery dies. You will also receive towing services up to 100 hundred miles (100 miles) from where your car has broken down.Protection is not limited to your normal vehicle—coverage is also available for your boat, motorcycle, RV, dually truck or even your livestock trailer—all at no additional cost.

Our company will appoint you a Team Leader that has proven to not only be successful as an Independent Sales Associate, but also someone who cares to see others gain success. You will be trained in various ways that fit today’s technical society. You will also be able to contact your team leader by telephone during normal business hours.
