2. Once on the Tvc Matrix page look either on your right or left and click on MCA Products as seen in the photo. Follow the illustration image.

Click on Bank Account at the "How will you pay?" drop down. Select "New Bank Account." NOTE: DO NOT ENTER YOUR CARD NUMBER! Enter your Routing number and Account number that you received with your new Netspend card. You're all set!
